Ideal for conferences and events: Our 146-square-metre Veritas and 83-square-metre Novitas conference rooms can be divided into 2-2 sections, have natural lighting and are equipped with up-to-date conference technology. Unlimited broadband internet access facilitates communication throughout the hotel.

After work, rest is sweet: The hotel offers 92 air-conditioned rooms and two 114-square-metre suites for a relaxing stay. All rooms are equipped with a private shower or bathtub, air conditioning, minibar and WiFi access. And for a complete recharge, in addition to the hotel wellness area (adventure pool, Finnish, aroma, infrared sauna and steam room, sun terrace), the indoor and outdoor pools of the Lenti Thermal Spa and the new adventure pool are available for unlimited use by conference participants.

A gastronomic cruise: The Balance gastronomy offer is characterised by an international flavour, but also by regional cuisine, using fresh and local products from our region, prepared with modern cooking techniques and in a gentle way - a real culinary delight for our guests...

Experience and discovery: If the conference allows, it is worth taking some time for indoor or even outdoor activities. Take a guided tour of the Őrség, get to know the local flavours or head over to Slovenia for a wine tasting! Take a ride on the forest railway through the most beautiful landscapes of Zala. For the more adventurous we offer a night bunker visit, for the sporty a Mura or Kerka canoe trip/rafting... The only limit to the activities is your imagination!

Conference rooms

Our hotel has two large conference rooms, which can be divided into several smaller rooms with a total capacity of up to 240 people. The rooms are also perfectly suited for simultaneous interpretation programmes.

Registration desks are available both at the main entrance and in the Lobby bar. And elegant stands with company logos and programme descriptions can easily direct visitors without the need for a registration desk.

We provide the following equipment for the rooms:

Technical equipment: built-in conference sound and lighting, FULL HD projector, motorised screen

If required, we are at the disposal of our partners for the duration of the event with a technician (for an extra fee).

Catering

Our hotel can provide the perfect catering service on three fronts. Our L16 restaurant can be sectioned, so we can provide a separate room - with a separate entrance - for conference participants to enjoy a separate gathering from hotel guests. And the L16 restaurant's winter garden provides a pleasant stay for up to 20 people with a beautiful view. Our lobby bar is located in the immediate vicinity of the halls, making it the perfect place for coffee breaks and small meals. And events can be accompanied by the finest regional wines, whiskey specialities, soft drinks and the world's most famous cocktails. We can even create a unique drinks package on request.

• Coffee break: The location of our conference rooms allows for quick and comfortable coffee breaks, either in the corridor or for larger groups in our minimal art style bar. Services are available in a variety of price ranges and can be tailored to the needs of guests, whether it's a quick and easy break or even exclusive sandwiches.
• Breakfast: If accommodation is required for the event, you can also try our rich buffet breakfast with vital corner, available from 7.30-10 am, so that early arrivals and those who want to relax can have a comfortable breakfast.
• Lunch: Our hotel will provide conference participants with a gastronomy of quality and local ingredients and flavours. And for groups of 21 or more, a buffet lunch is also available.
• Finger Food: when time is short and you only have time for a quick bite or two, our small, pre-made sandwiches are the perfect solutions. Of course, you can also order a variety of drink packages and coffee breaks to accompany your meal.
• Standing reception: it is one of the most common and popular types of event, where you can have a much more informal discussion and exchange of ideas. Depending on the number of guests, it can take place in the Lobby bar or even in the L16 restaurant.
• Dish service: it is the most elegant option, where guests wait for their food while seated. And our waiters individually take care of our guests' maximum comfort and food and drink consumption.
• Dinner: for smaller groups, we offer a convenient A'la carte meal or our standard buffet dinner from 6pm to 9pm, with a choice of two soups, four main courses with side dishes, salad selections, three desserts and a cheese platter. When compiling our menus, our chef pays special attention to both vegetarian and food allergy options. In addition to local ingredients, of course, the real Zala specialities are also included.
