Cancellation conditions
Cancellation policy:
- The services ordered can be cancelled up to 48 hours prior to the date of use without paying a cancellation fee.
- For cancellations between 48 and 36 hours, 25% of the price of the services ordered,
- For cancellations between 36-24 hours, 50% of the price of the services ordered,
- In case of cancellation within 24 hours or no-show, the cancellation fee is 75% of the price of the ordered services.
- Our cancellation conditions may differ if you have paid in advance with a pre-booking discount!
